Am I missing something, or are there no shipping calculations for call center orders?
I don't see any options for shipping types or costs. I don't get it... how do you place an order without charging shipping?
It would seem that the programming is already in place since customers have shipping charges...

There are actually shipping methods in call center. Maybe the shipping does not appear due to different product's settings but in any case if you want us to investigate this issue, please contact us at support@viart.com so we could assist you directly.

It appears that there was an omission in the call center code that ignores the "Shipping Cost" value set on a per/item basis.
We researched the missing code and came up with a way to fix the 4 files (2 PHP, 2 HTML) that were affected.
BITS - would it not be best to work with VIART on such things - when the next update comes along it would be reassuring to know that any code improvements carry forward to the next version?
