Yes, that is what I need. I have it now with CubeCart and a $25 mod, but the rest of it sucks.
I ship worldwide from Hong Kong, and while I use DHL and UPS, as well as EMS and Hong Kong Post, they do not provide live tie-ins to their HK rates.
So, it's 1/2kg increments from 1/2 to 40kg. And they have 9 zones each, so that's 720 fields for DHL, UPS and EMS. And I need all 3 to come up as choices depending on the country of delivery. HK Post stops at 2kg and is the same everywhere, so no problem with that.
Unfortunately, a single base and so much per kg or pound will not work, since there is a wide spread depending on zone. 10kg with UPS ranges from $61.79 to $317.44, as an example.
Any solution? Or am I doomed to CubeCart V3 forever?

I feel so unwanted. I can't even get a reply. Not even a no, you can;t do that. Or a you could get a custom mod for that, or anything. Just total rejection.
Here I am hosting about 150 shopping cart sites for clients who depend on me for which cart to use and I can't even get someone to answer my question.
I guess I am doomed to CubeCart, while there are a number of things with ViArt that I would love to have, I must have my shipping right.
