I am in Puerto Rico, and 90% in here speak just spanish lang how i setup the program and where, to automaticaly be by default on spanish

To change default language you need edit includes/var_definition.php file and change value for $default_language variable to appropriative value.
 
For Spanish it should looks like:
$default_language = "es";
