The orders (Administration > Orders Maintenance > Order > Serial Numbers) don't use automatically the serial numbers defined on the download section of product (Administration > Products > Top > Edit Product) event if the Activation Options is set to Predefined Serial Numbers
 
Also Serial Number can't be duplicated. I Know I can change that in the Database table settings but I would to know if there is another way to get the result I would like:

We've checked the 'Predefined Serial Numbers' option and it seems works fine. If you still has the problem please contact our support team.
 
At present the serial numbers should be unique in the system but of course it's possible to change so it duplicate serial numbers.

HI! How to force the system to use the first predefined serial number or only one serial number for each product?
