Is there a way to round the price to the nearest full value, when the user changes the currency of a product ?
If a product cost, for example 100.00 Euro and the user change the currency to US Dollar, I would like the price to be $133.00 and not $132.61 (as per today's exchange rate).

I wonder what would happen if you change the currency setting in the admin for 0 (zero) decimal instead of 2 which is the default.
You should try that and see. I am sure that would work for you.
You would have to change that for all the currencies they can purchase in.
