We want to be able to do the following
 
- Create a custom coupon per User registration and assign that code to the user
 
- The user can then give that code out to other customers
 
- when the customer uses the sources code they get x% off, and the source also gets x points per £1 or euro spent
 
Is this possible?

That would be a special customization with ViArt. I believe if you contact Chris, maybe you two can work something out as he's trying to move forward with different promotions as well....
