I would be interested in a new returns management centre;
So instead of user having to email / call in, they can log onto their user account, view the order history, and there be a option to "return an item"
From here, a new page would open with the full order details, the could tick off which product they want to send back, a quantity, a drop down menu with different options for return reason etc.
This could then generate a RMA number for them to quote when sending item back.
Also means, user and admin can look at the status of return at any time as we can select different statuses for it
e,g Return Recived, Replacement Sent, Refunded etc.

We're working on this at the moment via the order editor. You'll be able to create and edit returns from there as well as a better call center feature...
