Sorry to bombard you with requests but i feel they are intrinsic to a quality cart.
This request is for live chat integration.
Lots of other carts have this as standard.
I know you guys have got a great help desk feature but this should ideally complement and go hand in hand wiht live chat, to give customers the choice to contact you if they require something immediate, sales related more so. Help desk should ideally be post or after sales queries or assistance.
Please look at integrating live chat. :)

Strike out. This is what your recommendation says
"At this time, our software packages are not available for license or for sale, as we strive to make further improvements."
But why look for external sources when you can simply ask at a feature request section of the viart forum?
i thought viart prefer to make their applications themselves rather than promote external, this is what i was told.
