When reviewing a customer order:
Administration > Orders Maintenance > Order
— it is possible to send the customer an e-mail by clicking on the customer's e-mail address.
This records that and e-mail has been sent in -
ORDER CHANGE LOG
Example:
14 Jul 2008, 10:18 AM Send Email Message Order #10791
It should be possible to click to read the e-mail at a later date - or for others logged in to see the contents of an e-mail already sent.

I would find this VERY important. It should be in the helpdesk tickets

For those who do not use Enterprise, just clicking on 'Email Message Order #' should bring up the e-mail, perhaps in a pop up box.
