Have added a classified section but don't see an add to cart button on the listing. I Want this on each listing automatically when users add their item. Can this be done ?
 
The idea is that I can then credit the seller on sold items against my goods or transfer payments to them.

The classfiled section is not for make Your users to sell products in Your shop. in this feature You can offer a free service to Your customers, who want to sell used, old products, any sometimes will buy new products from Your shop.
 
You can make a product category, where Your merchants (users) can upload products - and You can sell them... Search for this in the manual to set the propher options!
