I'm looking for a solution concerning the project below :
1) I send a quotation by email with copy in help desk.
2) My kindly customer agrees my quotation.
3a) He clicks on a link (in my quotation) and automatically open a saved cart (created by me).
3b) OR he clicks on a link (in my quotation), arrives on my eshop, logs her and opens a saved cart (created by me).
4) He just have to follow the order process...
My problems :
a) Before to create the saved cart, I must to create the product corresponding to the quotation. But I can't put it in the public part of the shop, the quotations are (by definition) personalised products. But if I put them in an invisible category or put them unavailable for sales I can't "find'" them to establish my saved cart...
b) How to make a deep link to a saved cart ?
If you have a best and/or more simple idea, please share it.
