I have submitted these question 3 times over the last week to the support@viart.com and still no reply. Normally you guys offer very quick reply times. Confused why it has taken so long. So, thought I would give the forum a try.
 
Thank you. Here are a few questions:
 
1. It would be great if on the last screen before an order is placed, features such as "Edit Info" and "Print this page for your records" could be added. Is this possible? For instance, if a person saw that they typed in the wrong address, having an edit info button would allow them to change this information. Also, since this is the last screen the person sees before submitting the order, letting the customer print this page out would be a good feature. I this feature available now?
 
2. Also, is there a way to edit the order confirmation email that is sent to the customer? Currently, just raw unformatted data is sent over. If it was possible to send a more formatted email that the customer could more easily read that would be helpful. And likewise, I would like to add some information about shipping times, etc., to that email.
 
3. Another question is whether it is possible to add a feature that allows the customer who orders a lot to log into their account and order the exact items from a cart that was ordered before. While they have access to see what was ordered in the past, I don't see the function to "order the items in this cart again." Is a feature like this available now?
 
4. Also, when a person logs in, there are many functions that will not be active for our customers (Classified Ad, Forums, etc.). Is there a way to turn used user blocks off?
 
5. Is there a way to start with a higher Invoice number. Currently I have placed two test orders and the system is counting upward with each new order. I would like to start at invoice number 1000.
 
6. Is it possible to create a customized contact page that might look like this:

7. Is it possible to charge a surcharge on our shipping rates, if so, how to do it. I couldn't find a page or instructions on adding an increase % on our shipping charges.

What is important is showing the price range field and have the prices be dynamic from the database.
