I'm running viart 4.x and I'm a little confused about Order Statuses and when emails are generated by the system.
I only have Validated set to send notification emails with download links yet the customer receives 1 notification email which details the order basket with prices (which is OK) AND they also receive two identical email notifications by the Validated Order Statuses function. Two notifications are sent and they both appear identical.
Are there other switches in the cart which turn notifications on or off and/or might duplicate email notifications?
