My client just reported to me that the products and categories from the ViArt installation all just disappeared. It looks like the existing Orders are still there as well as some of the related items already set up.
Has anyone see anything like this? We're restoring the database, but it would be nice to know what might have caused it. The admins had been working in the products, then stepped away for a while. On return, everything was gone.

There's a direct link within Viart files to delete all products and categories from the database. I'm assuming someone went to this link...

Thank you. I didn't know about that link. Not sure these people would be messing in an area they're not familiar with, but worth knowing its there.
