On a fresh viart 4 install, clicking on the product registrations area in the cms as an admin user results in you being told you dont have rights.
 
I've got around this by adding them, but surely this isn't intentional, especially as its the only rights an admin doesn't have as default.
 
 
Can you change that in future revisions?
