I've just picked the layout i want and then i'm presented with a blank screen with the following in the address bar...

I'm using Windows Server 2003 as my OS with all updates and Internet Explorer 7 as my browser.
 
Any ideas?

Any ideas? I may have to use a different Shop if i can't get this working today

Please, send us the detailed description of the problem (if possible, with some screenshots) to our support center (support@viart.com). We will try to investigate the issue and give you some pieces of advice.
 
However, it would be great if your shop has been installed on some server and you could provide us with the access details to your Admin console.
