I'm trying to add reward points to a user so I can test the system but it's not letting me. No matter what option I choose, it adds them to the 'other' category instead of the 'reward points' category so they aren't usable. My steps:
Admin > Site Users
Select user and click the 'points' link in the points column.
Under Points I select Add Points.
Select 'add points to user balance' and enter point value in field and submit.
Return to member info and the Point Stats show the points in the 'other' category. The points do not show up in the users control panel.
I can click the Reward Points link under Point Stats and enter the points and it still shows up under Other instead of Rewards. I'm not even sure what 'other' is used for.
