The USPS recently made Priority Mail International prices to Canada dependent on the US Zip Code where the package will be shipped from. Effective end of May 31, 2015 origin zip code is required by their API. I do have my origin zip code entered in the USPS Shipping module. But the Priority Mail International prices are no longer showing up as an option for Canadian customers. Only Priority Mail Express International (the more expensive option) is showing. I am running Viart 4.1. Can anyone help me figure out how to get back the Priority Mail International option?

I have submitted a ticket to support so hopefully we'll have a patch soon.

While I don't see the patch posted to the "Patches" forum yet (I'm sure it'll be posted soon), I'd go ahead and submit a support request as they fixed the issue for me when I did.
