1) Prices shown are ex tax with no reference to tax at all. Because my price message is Price and the message in the matrix is Price as well, it looks like it would be incl tax but it isn't.
2) The QTY_MSG should be different eg QTY_MATRIX_MSG so i can write something like "Volume Pricing".... makes sense rather than just QTY.
3) If your volume prices start at 5+ for say, we still have to see the Qty 1 price in the table as well, this is silly.
4) Because in volume pricing you must enter a maximum number, the result is that the matrix table must END at a number, for example 100 or 10000 or 100000000, there must be a limit to volume qty- again, unfriendly.
5) furthermore regarding point (4) the matrix messages should read 1+, 10+, 50+ etc instead of a number to another number.

DickS, I think on2DVD is talking about Edit Product/Prices. There's a matrix there.

I'm talking about the matrix display of the volume pricing not so much the volume pricing that was always there (just invisible to the user). If you read the email with new features it is explained.

Anjula has kindly notified me that they will look at fixing my suggestions. There is no time frame mentioned other than in a future release. I hope it is of high priority because it is a feature I was excited about. However, the current implementation is in my opinion, not worthy of use. In countries where tax is not invloved it may be Ok.

I am having similar problems using price matrix. What it needs to do is show the user the price with default options, and as the options are selected or deselected, the user sees the quantity prices change, not just the single unit price.
For instance, Widget sells for 120.00 with default options. Price breaks for 10, 15, 20 units show as 100, 90, 80 dollars.
If you add an option, which costs 8.00 additional, then the single unit price shows as 128.00, but all the matrix quantity prices remain as 100, 90, 80, etc.
This is INCREDIBLY confusing for customers, especially dealers who do not understand why the prices can't be shown with selected options.
NOTE: If there are NO options for a product, the price matrix works as expected, i.e., it displays the prices statically.
What we need is for the prices to adjust to options. I have set my options to have % discounts in prices, but they do not adjust the matrix prices.

Another segment that needs to be visited and modified is the reward points.
If you have an item that has no options attached to it, the reward points shows correctly.
Once you have options attached to a product, the reward points does not dynamically change as you choose various options that have added cost involved. The reward points only works for the base price and not the options prices.
