I have a product that has a discount based on every 2 purchased...so...
Buy 1 @ ?10.00 each
Buy 2 @ ?9.00 each
Buy 3: First 2 products are ?9.00 each and 3rd product is ?10.00 each
Buy 4 @ ?9.00 each
Buy 5: First 4 products are ?9.00 each and 5th product is ?10.00 each
And so on...
I can see I can do a discount based on minimum & maximum quantities, but...
I have created a discount with min & max quantity of 2, which is fine if the customer just buys 2 products, but of course this discount isn't applied to the first 2 products when more than the max quantity is purchased. Even if it did I'm guessing it would only apply to the first 2 products anyway and not products purchased in increments of 2.
Any help would be greatly appreciated on this.
Thanks

Could this be done with options - change prices according to quantity?

Thanks for your suggestion.
I've been having a play around with the options, but I'm not quite sure how I would set this up. Do you have any ideas?

I would have :
Option 1 = 1 Item (at price $10.00)
Option 2 = 2 Items (at price $18.00 ($9.00 ea))
Option 3 = 3 Items (at price $28.00 (2 x $9 ea + 1 x $10 ea))
Option 4 = 4 Items (at price $36.00 (4 x $9.00 ea))
Would that achieve what you want?
It's the KISS principle

Thanks, but that's not a practical solution as this is a wholesale site and could sell any number of products, into the hundreds.
I could really do with this being set up in a simpler way, such as ?2.00 off for every 2 products purchased.
Is there a way of doing this?

Not that I know.
I think you need to put in a support ticket to Viart - this may need some custom work
