I would like those who have already purchased Viart Light, Standard or Enterprise the reponse time of Viart support team.
How much time do they generally take to solve an issue.
How long do they take to reply back ? In Minutes, Hours or days etc.
How do you rate their support ? Is it weak, average, good, or excellent

response times from one day to max 3 days.
they usually resolve the issue with their reply if it can be done for free by them, so response time normally includes solution.
I rate their support as good. Would have been excellent, have they had a phone number and done more modifications for free, but they still help out a lot.

I confirm what Kami stated. I suggest to send a e-mail for faster reply than posting a problem in the forum.
Overall, support has been very good.

I have had a lot of very good support. And in a very pleasant and helpful way.
I always use [Support] on the menu above for important issues - and the forum for less urgent matters to save bogging down these hard-working people

Actually, that is what I meant to ask.
If I buy viart, do i get premium support for 1 year, is it included.
Also, I have no problem paying $99 per year for premium support, but I would like to know if its worth it. Is their support fast, I do not want 1 to 2 day late answers such as they already have for non-customers.

as far as I know - 99 is not per year, but one time, so really is worth it. I imagine, if you offer more, you may negotiate having a more direct contact with them.
