I have for some weeks now been trying to get support at Viart to help me get my client's email from her hosted site at Viart. Without success. My client is beside herself and even though I have explained the situation ad nauseum, nothing has been done, and it takes the support person days to get back to me. I am desperate now and this is a last resort attempt at getting someone to help.
 
I don't expect anyone on the forum to help, I am just hoping that this post will embarrass the hosting staff into action. PLEASE HELP ME!
 
And please don't get Natalia to help - she is the one that has not been doing so.

I'm not sure where you're located or that I understand that problem exactly, but if you would like, I could attempt to understand. What I think you're needing to do, is edit your php.ini file for the proper email address.
