Am i the only one that is really stuck with this problem. i have 5 licenses of viart enterprise and not being able to update the server just because of viart is really bugging me. There are a few projects coming and i need to know if viart will do anything about this problem. Is there any news on a realese date. Please don´t count on anything Zend say´s as they are not capable of answering simple questions

No, but i would think that there will plenty of them. This i a major issue that needs to be fixed. It's note like PHP5.3 was realed last week.

And as we told there, this problem is resolved in version 4.0 where Zend Optimizer is not required anymore.

There must be something in the thread that is invisible to me because there is nothing about 4.0 or that the issue is resolved.
I checked all info on your site and cannot find anything about this. even when you go to your download section it has as requirements that Zend optimizer is needed. I think you are losing custom to this, if i was looking for ecommerce software that states in the download section that it requires Zend optimizer i would leave the site.
But saying all that you have answered my question thank you and i will download it straight away
