We have seen all our photos go kinds of nuts. The whites and blacks are all backward. All most all our photos of products are like this. (See the attachment). Ideas?

I cannot say for sure what the issue might be, but I have seen this type of thing happen when I was using .gif with transparent backgrounds.

Ed, are you using a png image format

We don't know what Viart wants us to use, PNG or some other. What do you want us to use?

In my opinion, always use a JPG image.
Its compressed significantly smaller than a PNG, and that will save your load time on a page heavily.
In addition, I don't think that the zoom function is compatible with PNG files ether, and from visiting your site its lagging pretty heavily.
