I've long wondered why there is no way to easily add links to pdf documents or brochures per product. I believe there should be a section dedicated to pdf docs which can be easily linked via the admin properties. I think we should just be able to add a URL and have the properties page display the pdf icon next to the highlights or price scripts.
Sure, you can use html and make your pdf image and then your link and description text, then make the link open a popup window etc etc---- it's too much work when you have hundreds of products!!!!
So i would like to draw your attention to a simple idea that we should all find a handy use for using Adobe's Acrobat.com (which if you didn't know) is a fantastic free web hosting site for all your pdf documents and has a wicked embed preview option to paste into your web pages.
Take a look at one example of how this would look--- but it took a few too many steps to setup and I would like Viart to integrate an easier way to do this.
