PayPal integration working well, except when paypal redirects to order_final the transaction is always marked as failed, even when one can see from the get variables, it didn't. Sample of the URL is

Now looking at all of that, I would have thought that the order would have been considered a success, but instead they get the message:
 
An error: "Transaction Failed" occurred while processing your order. We are sorry for any inconvenient caused.
 
Is there anyway I can debug the problem? Find out WHAT is exactly causing it to fail?

Please, try this URL: http://www.viart.com/downloads/paypal_update.zip.
It contained slightly updated libraries for PayPal which are to be unzipped and put in the folder payments. It may solve you problem.
