Users are having issues with the returning back to the site from paypal after payment completed.
The URL is correct "order_final.php"
But most are recieving a DB error 1406
Any Idea's ? As I have tri[ple checked everything i can think of...

in the "return" variable I use "{site_url}order_final.php" as the url.
is that what you are using?

Check the PROFILE section of your Paypal Account:
Under Website Payment Preferences...
I have Auto return set to "ON"
and I have the RETURN URL set to the exact url for order_final.php.
I also have Payment Data Transfer set to on... not sure if that is relevant here or not.

Still cannot get paypal to return / run the sites order_final.php script.....
We've tried everything to get it to work, paypal states it's the sites script that is causing it because they also see the error ???
Worked fine in 3.5
