Hi everyone. I am a self-taught webmaster and still trying to get my head around some of the errors I am getting when attempting to get PayPal working right.
 
the 2 posts I have seen deal with Sandbox which I am not trying to get to work. I am getting the following error with my PayPal Express set up when I try to move from Step 1 to Step 2 in the checkout.

Empty response from PayPal, please check your payment settings.
 
Does anyone have any thoughts?
