Hello, I probably need to take this up with ViArt and PayPal but will ask in case anyone else has had this problem.
- I'm in USA, I use PayPal pro
- cart usually works fine, except on SOME Canada orders
- error: "transaction refused because of duplicate invoice"
- customer gets error but PayPal DOES charge and customer may try again and get charged again
