Using paypal standard. Have set currency_code as variable and left blank but payment converts to USD even when payment is passed in GBP or Euros.

I only show my site only in English and am based in USA. I use PayPal pro but I think it's the same as paypal standard.
 
1. I receive orders from many different countries and currencies.
 
2. They always see US dollars as an initial price, but see their payment ring up in their currency.
 
3. I get paid in US dollars. There is no other way my US paypal account could receive the money, right? This works great for me.
 
I'm probably missing something, just wrote the above to clarify.
