Since today at 7am GMT+1 Paypal payments do not work anymore.
In two of our shops, around 10 PayPal orders have failed so far with the status "Can't obtain transaction status".
Some of the customers have opened disputes in PayPal ending in support work for us and miscredit at the customers.
We are using Viart 3.5 and 3.6

When a problem is this serious you should use a support ticket to get help from Viart.
You could wait days to get a response here as it is mainly for users and that could even mean no useful response.

Hello,
To solve the problem, please add a constant "ssl" to the parameters list on the Edit page of your Paypal Standard system and set its value to "1" as shown below:
Parameter Name 'ssl'
Parameter Type 'Constant'
Parameter Source '1'
'Not passed' - selected.
