Brief
We have modified the 'blocks/block_support.php' file after release 3.4.2 has been issued.
 
Description.
1. While creating a new ticket you receive the following error:
Notice: Undefined variable: support_properties in /blocks/block_support.php on line 518
2. Custom option's title was not shown correctly in error message.
 
Solution.
We would recommend to download an updated version of the files from here: http://www.viart.com/downloads/block_support-3.4.2.zip
 
Further, extract the above mentioned files into the 'blocks' folder of your shop replacing an existing one. Don't forget to make a backup copy of the current file in case something goes wrong.
