Description
1) There is no setting to disable/enable showing manufacturers on site map.
 
2) Third level deep article sub-categories are duplicated into a 'parent' category.

Extract 'admin', 'blocks' and 'templates' folders and copy their contents into the same folders on the live site. Just in case make a copy of the previous files.
