Description
1) When you try to edit Shipping Method of the order in admin the following errors appear:
Notice: Undefined offset: 0 in /home/public_html/admin/admin_order_shipping.php on line 210
Notice: Undefined offset: 2 in /home/public_html/admin/admin_order_shipping.php on line 211
Notice: Undefined offset: 3 in /home/public_html/admin/admin_order_shipping.php on line 212
2) There is no Shipping Method in PDF invoice.
3) In Call Center mode are working all active shipping modules even if they are not selected for Call Center.
4) When individual shipping cost is specified for a product it doesn't show up at once on checkout.
