We have updated 'admin_review.html' template.
 
Description
When you approve review on Edit Review page (if it is unapproved) this information does not effect 'Top Rated' block.
 
Solution
Download the updated version of the file:
http://www.viart.com/downloads/admin_review-4.html.zip
 
Further, extract 'admin_review.html' into 'templates/admin' folder of your shop replacing an existing file. Please do not forget to make a backup copy of the current file in case something goes wrong.
