Brief
We have updated the 'block_custom.php' script.
 
Description
When selecting a new option "Site Users" > "All Users (including unregistered)" in Custom block settings in CMS, it doesn't actually work.
 
Solution
Download the updated version of the file:
http://www.viart.com/downloads/block_custom-4.zip
 
Further, extract the 'block_custom.php' into 'blocks' folder of your shop an replacing existing file. Please do not forget to make a backup copy of the current file in case something goes wrong.
