Description
1. When you add an order coupon and then select a second payment system with a radio button the currency sign next to coupon's discount changes to weird symbols.
2. When doing checkout in call center mode field Street Address 1 gets value 'undefined' despite the actual data in user profile.

Extract 'ordering.js' into 'js' folder replacing existing file. Please do not forget to make a backup copy of the current files in case something goes wrong.
