We have updated the script 'block_support_reply.php'.
 
Description
If you request the page "support_messages.php" with a support id that is now invalid you get an error message.
 
Solution
Download the updated version of the file:
http://www.viart.com/downloads/block_support_reply-4.zip
 
Further, extract the 'block_support_reply.php' into the 'blocks' folder of your shop replacing an existing file. Please do not forget to make a backup copy of the current file in case something goes wrong.
