Description
When giving an admin privilege group the permission to access Banners Management on login system gives out an error about missing permission to Static Tables.
 
Solution

Download the file above and extract 'admin_banner.php' in the /admin folder of your shop replacing existing file. Please do not forget to make a backup copy of the current file in case something goes wrong.
