I need to pass the name of my customer to the payment system. I can only find first_name and last_name, but how do I combine them?
 
"first_name"+" "+"last_name" ?
"first_name"&" "&"last_name" ?
 
Any ideas ?
 
Then, does anyone know if the order amount in the variable order_total contains separators ? I suppose it's a simple integer, right ?

I've asked ViArt to create an XML interface so that ViArt can receive and send data to external apps. They want $$ to do it, perhaps we can combine forces?

Sending data to my payment processor works fine now, I've sorted things out. Only, I have to write my own return-script because my payment gateway isn't supported by default. Any ideas / experienc with this sort of programming ?

Could you say what your Belgian payment gateway is please and if its not supported would you consider submitting your script to ViArt as it may be useful to others?

We use the Ogone-gateway. It's pretty easy to submit the order specifications to the payment gateway, but there is no script yet to work out the response from the payment terminal. So, as for now, I have to manually update payment statuses in ViArt for each order.
