Click on edit layout in any of (CMS > CMS > CMS Pages > Layout)
In page setting window type my info in page title box > close window > save
Go back to same layout CMS > CMS > CMS Pages > Layout and change anything or just click save again.
The title disappear for the same page.

Yes, quite interesting bug, title was saved outside of the field. Anyway here is a fix:

Download the file, unzip it and copy to the templates/admin folder.
