Alternatively, if you're looking to sort the status types themselves (as in the top right hand table), you would go here: '/admin/admin_order_statuses.php' and click on them, then change the sort field number.

Oh, sorry I was not more clear. Your second scenario is more the area I am referring to. I have indeed set the sort order I want there, but when I am looking at all the order statuses as a list, there is no option to view them in the order I have assigned them. (Settings > Orders > Order Statuses) They can only be viewed by id, status, and active.
This is just something that would help in the planning process to visually see how things are being set up. It's not critical, just something that would be helpful (at least for me).

I agree. This should be available. I'm going to wait to see if ViArt will correct this, if not, I'll just do it myself this weekend and share the file with you.

I would very much like a copy of the file as well if possible, please? Are you going to post it here as an attachment?
Now when you click on 'Status' column in Dashboard > Orders > Sales / Orders the orders will be grouped by statuses and the statuses order will be defined by "Status Order" value from Settings > Orders > Orders Statuses > Edit Orders Statuses.

Thanks Vera. That is indeed great for the Dashboard, but I was originally referring to the Settings side... Settings > Orders > Order Statuses where it shows all the order statuses you have set up. It would be very helpful to be able to sort the actual order statuses by "Status Order" so that you can see the "flow" of your statuses.
