When trying to enter info into the "Checkout :: Personal Information" portion, I get these messages:
ZipOrigination is required.
Size is required.
U.S.P.S. Error occured: 80040b1a - Username exceeds maximum length.
Help!!!

Did you open your own account with US Postal Service, and then update the shipping module with the userid/pwd that they gave you? If you did, it sounds like you typed in too many characters.
You can't use the USPS shipping method without registering with them. It's in the shipping module Notes section.
