Could you please spare us a little more information? When this error happens? If you want it solved, please send a ticket via our support page https://www.viart.com/support.php giving your site URL, admin and FTP login details and explaining on which page you see this error.

I'm having this same exact error it only seems to occur when an item with a chosen option is added to the shopping cart first, and an additional item is added afterwords.
It doesn't happen if no option is selected for the first item in the cart, or if an item with options is selected after an item with no options.
