When can we expect the new version of Viart (3.6) ?

I would prefer fewer more thought out, more tested updates. Perhaps one update every 6 months instead of every 3. Slow is good if it is accurate and has great new additions.
 
....and I am tired of spending all day/night customizing for new versions (and finding/fixing bugs), only to have to get on the round about again straight away.

Absolutely on2dvd. I agree with all you say.
 
It is why I always wait a couple of weeks before upgrading as I know that the eager users will find the major bugs before I go ahead

Its a hard one. I am waiting on quite few things which I have been told are in the next release e.g better consideration for subcomponents (part of a bundle) for pricing matrixes (multiple pricing discounts) and the pre add to cart display price under the same circumstances so the sooner the better on that count but I agree a rushed out system can be a pain too + a new field "trade price option" which will show in certain blocks where options are not available e.g special offers etc
 
Lets see what happens. I would be surprised if its soon as they seem to have there hands full with the security stuff recently. That said the support has been excellent throughout.

If the new version includes shipping costs in View Cart, I want it last month
Otherwise, a well tested upgrade is better than an upgrade full of bugs
