New layouts are predefined only in newly installed version 3.0.
 
New layouts are based on CSS files - convex.css, default.css, ecommerce.css, fashion.css, marine.css and rainbow.css
 
If you want to add them after upgrade procedure, please follow instructions how to add a new layout from online manual

In brief, please add new layout with the following settings
Layout Name: Any name that will be shown in CMS
Style Name: one of the style names mentioned above, e.g. 'ecommerce'
Templates Directory: ./templates/user
Admin Templates Directory: ../templates/admin
