my checkout process has failed, it worked yesterday what have i done wrong?

i am now thinking it maybe to do with order statuses as i deleted a few of these yesterday, if this maybe the cause how do i reinstall them, i have tried ftp ing the original admin/admin_order_status and admin/admin_order_statuses files but this doesnt reset them!

 
now fixed! for future reference the problem was that i changed my shipping type to read P&P, so when the XML was uploaded to google it was invalid as "&" characters cannot be used!

Can you help me fix my google checkout Lisa :) i cant even get mine to go past the customer address page, it just seems to time out.
