I am receiving an error message stating "Order has been rejected" when testing the shopping cart checkout. I am assuming it has to do with my installation of the Cybersource SOP payment system as no transactions go through to my merchant account. I have followed all intallation notes mentioned in the payment system so I do not know what would be the cause.
Does anyone have any ideas what might be the issue and a possible way to correct the problem?

I should have replied to my post sooner... thanks for your comments as it has reminded me.
I ended up resolving this issue on my own by playing around with the payment system settings. At first when the above error was occuring... the Additional Validation box (under the Final Checkout Settings for the Cybersource SOP system) was checked. By unchecking this box orders have processed with no problems.
Are you aware of ViArt working on adding additional Cybersource payment systems such as the Simple Order API?? That would be a great addition to the payment methods!!
