Hi
When my customers are shopping, they receive my confirmation email like spam.
What I can do to solve it?
Thanks!

There is no way to solve it except to check if your IP is blacklisted anywhere. Mostly this is the cause.

You could also try re wording the content of the emails. spam filters look at content and subject not just IP blacklists.
Would you like me to place a test order to see if we get the same result?
David.

Many mass public email providers such as hotmail and yahoo automatically characterize any automated email (email originating from the http server) as spam.
There is little or nothing you can do about this, except to educate your customers that they must add your email and/or domain to their list of trusted senders.
You should also create an SPF record for your email hostname in your DNS records if you haven't already done so. That can help to alleviate some issues with being erroneously labeled as spam.
Aside from this, there is little you can do to prevent someone else's email provider from considering your email spam.

What you need to do is personalize the email by addind the order number in subject and for instance starting with "Hello {first_name}".
The more variables you add the less risk there is that the email is classified as spam.
However, the IP your server is running with might be blacklisted. You need to make sure this is not the case. Check at www.robtex.com/rbl

Greetings
It's not uncommon for your e-mail to be marked as "SPAM".
Try these steps it work for us.
1. In the checkout inform the customer:
"Be sure to set SPAM FILTER to allow e-mail from abs@youname.com. or add our e-mail to your e-mail address book."
2. Your first e-mail from the cart should thank them for their order and reinforce step 1 - NO HTML plain text. In most cases this will improve your rate. Be sure to include
customer support link in the document.
3. Next if the ISP is BLACKLISTED which easily happens. Sign up with www.authsmtp.com and reset your e-mail address using this service. Rates are low and works very well.
Better yet to keep the cost even lower only use this account from your personal e-mail system and respond to the customer "who indicated e-mail problems" you then send an e-mail from your e-mail software using "www.authsmtp.com" what steps they must take to receive e-mail from you.
