I really need to FIX this! Hopefully someone knows the answer.
We sell audio files and when a customer purchases an audio, they are sent a link with the proper file name including the .mp3 extension however the file downloads as something like "18med".
There's no file extension and I know a lot of customers will simply get stumped by this.
Is there a way to force the system to include the file extension?
